Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or participating in life coaching services provided by The Creative Leader ("Coach", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking a session or purchasing a coaching programme, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Mental Health Warning: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, clinical depression, severe anxiety, or other medical conditions, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional or contact the NHS urgent and emergency services.
Non-Therapeutic Services: Life coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical / psychiatric advice. Services provided by The Creative Leader are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health conditions or physical illnesses. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, clinical depression, or severe anxiety, please seek support from a licensed healthcare professional or contact the NHS urgent and emergency services.
No Guarantees: Results depend entirely on your personal commitment, actions, and individual circumstances. The Coach provides guidance but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or lifestyle changes.
Testimonials: Those appearing on this site reflect real-life experiences of individual clients. However, they are individual results and outcomes do vary. Testimonials are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Sessions: Sessions will take place online (via Zoom/Google Meet) or in person as mutually agreed.
Punctuality: Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time without a partial refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of a session or package unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
Payment Plans: If paying by instalments, you agree to make all payments on the scheduled due dates. Defaulting on payments may result in the immediate suspension of services.
Cooling-Off Period: Under UK law, if you purchase services online, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase ("Cooling-off Period") for a full refund.
Waiver for Immediate Services: If you request a session to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel once the session has been fully delivered. If you cancel mid-delivery, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for services not yet delivered.
Participation: Coaching requires active participation and personal accountability. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own life choices, actions, and non-actions, as well as any decisions made based on discussions during coaching sessions. The Creative Leader assumes no responsibility or liability for the choices you make post-coaching.
Professional Boundaries: The Coach reserves the right to terminate a session or the coaching relationship immediately without refund if your behaviour is abusive, unreasonable, or inappropriate.
Confidentiality: All information disclosed during sessions will remain strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, illegal acts, or court order).
GDPR Compliance: Personal data collected in connection with this service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
All materials, workbooks, templates, and content provided during the coaching programme remain the intellectual property of The Creative Leader.
These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or resold without explicit written permission. This includes on social media, the internet, or reproduced as educational materials delivered elsewhere by the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law in England and Wales, the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from the services provided.
Any testimonials, financial examples, or career success stories shared on this website are illustrative examples only. Individual results vary based on personal effort, background, and external circumstances. The Creative Leader makes no guarantees regarding financial earnings, career progression, or specific business outcomes.
The Coach's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific coaching service provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
